What data do we collect?

Information you provide

• Identifiers: name, email address
• Profile information: date and time of birth, place of birth, place of residence

Processing of photos and images

Important: Photos are used exclusively for analysis and are NOT saved. Images and photos are processed solely for generating entertainment-based AI interpretations and are not stored. Images and photos are not used to identify real persons.

Photo processing procedure:

1. Upload: When you upload a photo of a hand or face for analysis, the image is encoded in Base64 format directly in the application
2. Transmission: The encoded image is transmitted via our backend server to the Mistral AI service API without intermediate storage on our servers
3. Processing: Mistral AI processes the image using artificial intelligence to provide an astrological interpretation. The image is processed in real-time and is not stored on Mistral AI servers
4. Result: The text result of the analysis is sent back to the application and displayed to the user. The result is NOT saved on our servers
5. Deletion: After the analysis is complete, the image is completely removed from memory. Neither the original image nor its Base64 representation are archived

Summary: Your photos are used only for instant analysis and are saved neither on our servers nor on Mistral AI servers.

• Device IDs: we do not collect Device ID, Android ID, IMEI, or other unique device identifiers
• Advertising identifiers: we do not collect AAID (Android Advertising ID) or IDFA (iOS Identifier for Advertisers)
• Search history: we do not track search history in the app
• Crash logs and diagnostics: we do not use Firebase Crashlytics, Google Crashlytics, or other systems for automatic data collection about crashes and app performance
• Detailed analytics: we do not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or other third-party analytics platforms
• Geolocation: we do not collect precise data about your location (only the place of residence you specify)

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties and do not transfer it for targeted advertising.

How do we protect and store your data?

Security

We use various technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your information. However, no website, application, or data transmission guarantees complete security. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of transmitted information.

Storage

Your personal information (name, email, date and time of birth, place of birth, place of residence) is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers located in the europe-west1 (Belgium, European Union) region. If you are located in another country, please note that your information will be transferred to this region and is governed by EU data protection laws (GDPR).

Retention period

• Profile data: stored while your account is active
• Chat history: stored locally in the app until you manually delete it. Not synced with the server
• Photos: deleted immediately after analysis, not archived or stored either on our servers or on Mistral AI servers
• Photo analysis results: text results are NOT saved on servers, they are displayed only in the app
• Analytics data: aggregated usage data (without personal information) is retained for 12 months

Upon expiration of the necessary period or at your request, we delete information in accordance with applicable law.

How we share information

We do not sell your information, but we may share it:

• With service providers:
  • Google Cloud / Firebase (europe-west1, Belgium): for authentication and storage of your profile (name, email, date of birth, place of birth, place of residence). Privacy Policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

  • Payment systems (when subscribing) - use their own secure payment processing channels

  Important: We do not transfer your data to third-party analytics services, advertising platforms, or data brokers.

Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account and data at any time:

• In the app: Menu → Delete all data
• Outside the app: Send a data deletion request to email: levelai.tech@gmail.com specifying your email used during registration. We will delete your data within 30 days of request confirmation.

When deleting an account, the following will be deleted:

• All profile data (name, email, date of birth, place of birth, place of residence)
• Your activity history in the app
• All personal data associated with you

Children's Privacy Protection

Our services are not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Age verification

For the correct operation of the application (astrological calculations, personal recommendations), users must indicate their date of birth in the profile settings. This information is used for:

• Checking age restrictions (16+)
• Astrological calculations and content personalization
• Ensuring accuracy of provided services

If during the use of the application we discover that a user is under 16 years old, we will immediately delete their account and all associated data.

• European Union (France): Mistral AI - photo and text request processing using AI (data is not saved)

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC): We use standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of data protection
• Encryption during transmission: All data is transmitted over secure channels using TLS/SSL encryption
• Data minimization: We transfer only the data necessary for providing a specific service
• Servers in the EU: All our main servers are located in the European Union, providing a high level of data protection

Currently, we do not send marketing email newsletters.

If we start sending marketing communications in the future:

• Each email will contain an unsubscribe link
