2. Description of the Application

AstroAI is a mobile application that provides entertainment-oriented content generated using artificial intelligence technologies.

The App may offer:

• astrological interpretations and symbolic insights;
• AI-generated descriptive content;
• optional image-based interpretations for entertainment purposes only.

All content provided within the App is non-scientific and intended solely for personal entertainment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Content and Input

To generate personalized content, the App may allow users to voluntarily provide:

• name or nickname;
• date of birth;
• place or city of birth;
• images or photographs uploaded by the user, including photographs of hands or similar images provided for entertainment interpretation.

You confirm that:

• you provide such data voluntarily;
• you have the legal right to upload the provided content;
• the images belong to you or you have permission to use them.

You must not upload images of other individuals without their consent.

5. Image Upload and AI Processing

If the App allows image uploads, you acknowledge and agree that:

• uploaded images are processed by artificial intelligence systems;
• image analysis is performed automatically without human review;
• the purpose of processing is to generate symbolic, artistic, or entertainment-based interpretations.

The App does not perform:

• biometric identification;
• facial recognition;
• identity verification;
• medical, psychological, or personality diagnostics.

Images are not used to identify real persons. Images are processed solely for generating entertainment-based AI interpretations and are not stored.

By uploading an image, you provide your explicit consent to its processing for the purposes described above.

6. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

The App uses artificial intelligence technologies that generate content based on statistical and probabilistic models. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or subjective;
• outputs do not represent factual conclusions;
• interpretations are symbolic and entertainment-based only;
• results should not be considered reliable assessments of personality, character, mental state, or personal traits.

7. No Professional Advice

The App does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. Nothing within the App should be interpreted as diagnosis, evaluation, or recommendation of any kind.

You agree not to rely on the App for making decisions related to health, mental wellbeing, legal matters, or personal life choices.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• use the App for unlawful purposes;
• upload illegal, harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content;
• attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the App;
• misuse AI-generated content as factual or professional advice;
• violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, algorithms, trademarks, and materials within the App are the property of EN SI EM, OOO or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party service providers, including cloud infrastructure and AI processing services, solely to deliver functionality. Such services process data only according to our instructions and applicable data protection requirements.

11. Subscriptions and Payments (if applicable)

If the App offers paid features or subscriptions:

• payments are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store;
• prices and billing terms are displayed prior to purchase;
• subscription management and cancellation are handled through your platform account.

Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store.

12. Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App;
• update features, content, or functionality;

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EN SI EM, OOO shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages;
• loss of data or content;
• reliance on AI-generated results;
• decisions made based on App outputs.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the content.

16. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how images, personal data, and AI processing are handled.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
